ICQ changed their pager notification system so the icq pager notification does not work anymore in ProRat v1.8 public edition.
We sent the updated version to the special edition users and now they can use the icq pager notification feature again.
Public version users must wait untill we release ProRat v1.9 public edition to use icq pager notification feature again.
