1. This agreement is between PRO Group and the judicial or special personality (after now we will address it as our Customer) who wants to buy a PRO Group product.
2. This agreement is between PRO Group and Customer so it cannot expand to a third person. CUSTOMER cannot let a third person to use the product for personal benefits. CUSTOMER, can not hire or sell the product that was bought from Pro Group.
SERVICES WHICH WILL BE GIVEN
3. As PRO Group is a internet service organization, Products are produced for judicial or special personality usage. PRO Group does not take any responsibility for CUSTOMERS bad usage in any area and shape.
4. Services will be given to one or more products listed below:
(a)ProRat
(b)ProSpy
(c)Küçümseme
(d)ProAgent
(e)Private Programs which were made by order.
PHYSICAL LIMITS GIVEN FOR SERVICES
5. Services which will be given to Customer by PRO Group will be physically limited depending on the product selected by the Customer.
6.If CUSTOMER exceeds or wants extra service limits given, PRO Group has authority to request extra fee or refuse the request given by CUSTOMER.
SERVICE LIMITS
7. IMPORTANT: All products responsibility for any kind of usage is owned to the CUSTOMER. PRO Group does not take any responsibility for lameness which happens when badly used. PRO Group is only selling products which are published in this site all responsibility is owned to the CUSTOMER.
If limits are disobeyed, PRO Group has authority to stop the service given to the CUSTOMER without warning. If service is stopped by PRO Group for this kind of reason the money paid for the products will not be sent back to the CUSTOMER.
VALUE FOR SERVICE
8. CUSTOMER will pay the amount shown in PRO Group price list.
9. Payment will be done firstly by CUSTOMER before product is sent. Payments for a new period must be done by the CUSTOMER in the first day of the new period.
10. PRO Group gives technical support for products which do not work or open. Supports will be given in a acceptable time.
11. If PRO Group compulsorily stops the service with their own fault, the money paid for the products under this agreement will be calculated with the period time left after service has been stopped and PRO Group accepts to pay the money back to CUSTOMERS in 90 working days.
12. PRO Group will not take any responsibility against any data lost or problems which occur in CUSTOMERS computer when badly and unconsciously used.
13. Pro Group will not take any responsibility if CUSTOMER harms somebody's else computer purposely or unintentionally with a product bought from PRO Group.
14. CUSTOMER will not be paid back and also will accept to arrange the payment If CUSTOMER causes lost data or gives damage to Products and Web sites owned to PRO Group.
DATA FLOW
15. PRO Group will not take any responsibility against the information or data taken also if it is incomplete or wrong from other computers taken by the CUSTOMER.
AGREEMENT PERIOD
16. This Agreement period is started when CUSTOMER pays for the product and it will exceed with or without CUTOMERS approval depending on CUSTOMERS usage.
RENEWAL AND ENDING AGREEMENTS
17. PRO Group has authority to add, delete or change substances, in these kind of situations the new agreement will be shown on the web site in a readable way. After 7 days passes this will mean CUSTOMER accepts the new agreement and the old one will be ended if the CUSTOMER is still using the product bought from PRO Group.
18. This agreement will be accepted as well read from both sides and it has 19 substance.
